The work deals with “data garbage,” i.e., files that are actually deleted because they are
broken and unusable, for example. Many of the renderings have errors in the representation of the
fabric; the fabric has “eaten away” (these are the pointed, jagged structures) or it eats into
the avatar (for example, when the fabric passes through the avatar).

While working, I noticed these small
display errors, and it struck me that this is usually the actual
data garbage and exactly the things you delete because they look bad and are unusable.
I embraced that and forced errors, then staged them in the shoot.
Afterwards, I ran the images through an AI program designed to enhance them, and I
mainly had the AI improve the models' skin and hair.
